Little is known about Sad Mr. Satan leader Dick Cheney, except that he is wanted in several states, and has been known to eat wallpaper. Musicians and industry leaders LMNO and Captain Random have dedicated their lives to making Mr. Cheney's musical dreams a reality. It is their goal to make music which makes Mr. Satan sad.
